A hardy, clump-forming evergreen perennial with large, oval-shaped leathery dark green foliage which turns more red when exposed to cooler temperatures. Clusters of pale pink to white flowers appear on strong stems above the foliage from mid to late spring. A good choice for borders, rock gardens or as ground cover
