A vigorous, evergreen tropical vine with large, firm, strappy dark-green leaves that produce carnivorous hooded pitchers from the extended midrib of the leaf. The large pitchers are creamy-yellow to soft green, speckled with red and distorted. A colourful choice to trail from a hanging basket in a bright and preferably humid part of your house

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow indoors in hanging baskets of loose organic medium, such as a mixture of bark, sphagnum-type moss and charcoal. Keep humidity high and soil moist, but do not allow to sit in water. See carnivorous plant cultivation for more detailed advice
