A mat-forming, evergreen succulent producing large, fleshy rosettes, the spoon-shaped, grey-green leaves flushed and tipped coral pink become orange-brown in summer. Tall spikes of starry pink flowers produced from mature rosettes, die off after flowering in summer and are replaced by new offsets

Cultivation
