'Jermyns Globe' is a dense, rounded, evergreen shrub to around 2m tall with leathery, elliptic, dark green, prominently-veined leaves. Small, white flowers emerge from flat-topped clusters of pink buds in spring and are followed by ovoid, blue-black fruits
