'Lilac Time' is an evergreen perennial made up of rosettes of bluish-silver-green leaves, tipped with red, that turn a lilac shade when exposed to the summer sun. Mature rosettes, 3-4 years old, may form a stem with a terminal cluster of pink flowers in the summer
