Euphorbia × martini WALBERTON’S LITTLE TREASURE (‘Waleulitr’)

The first all-yellow variety of Euphorbia × martini. Bright yellow leaves in spring become yellow-green in summer, then yellow again in autumn. Yellow-green flowers with red nectaries appear in spring, often repeated mid-summer. Compact branched habit.

Euphorbia x martini Walberton's® Little Treasure® represents a true breakthrough in plant breeding, introducing the world’s first all-yellow foliage form of this popular evergreen species. Discovered at Walberton Nursery in West Sussex as a single branch sport of Euphorbia x martini ‘Tiny Tim’, it immediately stood out as something entirely new and exciting.

Careful propagation over several generations ensured the plant’s stability and uniformity, resulting in a reliable, vigorous and garden-ready variety. The outcome is a truly distinctive euphorbia that combines strong performance with exceptional ornamental value.

What makes Little Treasure® especially captivating is its dynamic, seasonally changing foliage. Bright yellow in early spring, the leaves soften to a green-yellow in summer before returning to vivid yellow in autumn, when the tips are also flushed with warm rusty-orange tones. This evolving colour display provides interest across much of the year.
