Rosa AMIROSE (‘Korhulth005’)

Shortlisted for RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year 2026, AMIROSE is a drought-tolerant, disease-resistant Rosa persica hybrid with a compact habit that makes it ideal for borders and containers. Throughout summer, peach-coloured buds open to reveal fragrant pink flowers with purple centres.

AMIROSE represents an exciting step forward in modern rose breeding, introducing a unique compact, groundcover form of Rosa persica with exceptional garden performance. Developed through a long-term breeding programme by Thomas Proll, this variety was carefully selected for its outstanding combination of disease resistance, fragrance and extended flowering.

From many seedlings, AMIROSE stood out not only for its resilience and reliability, but also for its distinctive habit and striking floral display – qualities that make it particularly well suited to contemporary gardening needs.

The result is a rose that is both highly ornamental and remarkably easy to grow, offering long-lasting beauty with minimal effort.
