Cyclamen trial 2026–2029

Objectives and purpose of the trial

The purpose of this trial is to assess new and established Cyclamen cultivars from the Primulaceae family, which have not been included in the trials programme since 1996. At RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey, the RHS Trials team will highlight the diverse range of cyclamens that can be grown in the garden and under cover. The trial will also explore how well hardy and borderline-hardy selections cope with the weather. Those that perform best will be recognised with the RHS Recommended: Award of Garden Merit.
