Applications for exhibits in the Floral Marquees and Plant Villages at RHS Flower Shows

RHS Floral Marquees offer nurseries the chance to sell to visitors and gain coveted RHS medals for spectacular displays. We encourage Specialist Societies, Associations, Colleges and other organisations with a strong horticultural message to exhibit.

Plant Villages offer a farmers’ market-style layout and provide the perfect opportunity to display and sell plants.

Grow Your Own seeks nurseries specialising in growing edible plants, or companies bringing edible produce into people’s homes.

Houseplant Studios and the Houseplant Market promote the benefits of indoor plants and provide inspiration for visitors’ own indoor spaces.

Floristry and Floral Design are important features at RHS Shows. RHS Chelsea Flower Show offers the opportunity to compete at the highest level in an art form that is centuries old.

RHS First Time Floral Exhibitor Grant

This fund enables owners of nurseries and plant collections who wish to exhibit at an RHS Show to apply for funding assistance towards expenses in their first year of exhibiting.

It can be used for:

  • Travel to and from the show, including restocking requirements
  • Accommodation costs if having to stay overnight near the show
  • Food expenses while away from usual place of work

Houseplant Studios applications for 2026 are now closed.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show offers houseplant nurseries and designers the opportunity to exhibit in a Studio in the Ranelagh Gardens area of the showground. These buildings provide an insight into the possibilities of how indoor plants can flourish in all indoor environments and bring about improved physical and mental wellbeing.

NEW judged floristry category ‘Floral Tablescaping’. £1000 grant to each applicant.

A Feast of Flowers: Step inside our charming garden shed and transform it into a floral dining experience. This new RHS judged category invites floral designers, stylists, and creatives to style the interior of a garden shed, including benches and a dining table, to create a captivating tablescape where blooms take centre stage.

College or Flower School Exhibit: Applications for 2026 are now closed

In support of our future florists, the RHS is offering an exciting space within the Great Pavilion at the world-famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show, to one College or Flower School. The 4m x 4m space is free of charge, and the RHS awards a grant of £5000 to the chosen College or School. The theme for 2026 is Floristry Laboratory.

We want the College or Flower School to show off their talented students and create a fabulous floral exhibit. We hope to see exciting, creative and unique floristry.

Exhibiting at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show offers floral designers, florists, artists and garden designers the opportunity to create site-specific work sympathetic to the historic structures and settings across the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea. The Show Installations offer exhibitors a platform to demonstrate their skill, innovation and ability to develop and deliver conceptual, inspirational and industry-shaping works.

Join us in the Great Pavilion, with a beautifully crafted, innovative and captivating floral design exhibit at the world’s leading flower show. Your exhibit will truly demonstrate the best of horticulture and excellence, capturing the beauty of nature in three dimensions. There are two categories in 2026: Creative Spaces and Floral Creations and the overall theme is Floristry Laboratory.
