Our inspiring programme of talks, demonstrations and workshops takes place each day at the festival, featuring a variety of well-known faces, including Monty Don, Arit Anderson and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. For music lovers, listen to the sounds of our talented artists across the week

For experienced and new gardeners alike, our programme of ‘Ask the Expert’ panels and celebrity talks on The Get Growing Festival Stage will cover everything from garden design, sustainability, gardening for mental health and terrariums. On stage, we’ll be welcoming Monty Don, Adam Frost, Joe Swift, Carol Klein, Frances Tophill, James Wong, Charles Dowding and Arit Anderson.
In The Market Theatre, a host of speakers will discuss the importance of food provenance, growing your own and field to fork principles. Special guests include Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage, Raymond Blanc, Poppy Okotcha and THE PIG Hotels.
Bringing a pocket of calm to the showground, The Sanctuary Yurt will play host to a variety of talks on the importance of trees for our wellbeing and workshops ranging from meditation to sound baths and herbal remedies. Our line-up includes Handmade Apothecary, Kate Bradbury, Ellen Mary, Adele Nozedar and Serenity Sound Healing.
Focusing on beautiful British blooms and sustainable floristry techniques, The Flower School will be the place to encourage everyone to give floristry a go. Watch demonstrations from celebrity florists, hear what the life of a flower farmer is like and leave with a new skill.
Specialist nurseries offer up their expert tips and advice at The Potting Bench on how to get the most out of your plants. From late summer perennials to confidence with peonies and the potential of shade lovers, there is something for every gardener.
The Society of Garden Designers (SGD) will be running one-on-one sessions in the SGD Clinic, where visitors can speak to a professional and get advice about how they might get started with designing their own garden. Bring along your current ideas, mood boards and images of your garden and find out where to begin. The sessions will be bookable through Ticket Factory.
The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies invites you to join them and take part in a plethora of floral workshops and demonstrations throughout the day in The NAFAS Flower Hut to bring the creations within The Flower Arranger magazine to life.
In the centre of the Festival, The Woodland Stage brings vibrant sounds and dulcet melodies, celebrating familiar tunes. If you appreciate beautiful voices and a toe-tapping beat, this is the place to be. Music lovers can listen to the sounds of the Soul Brothers and Soul Sisters, The Stone Jets and The Old Time Rags.
Set within the new Sanctuary area of the showground, The Sanctuary Stage is the place to sit down, chill out and listen to the beautiful acoustic melodies of dazzling musicians. Joining us at the show will be the musical talents of Kadija Kamara, Cristina Hart and Porteous.
