London Parks and Gardens – the charity that protects London parks – opens more than 100 gardens across 12 London boroughs over the weekend of 7–8 June 2025.

Here’s your chance to uncover some of the city’s lesser-known horticultural highlights, among hidden squares, rooftop spaces, community gardens and re-wilded areas that aren’t usually open to the public. There will be a series of guided walks (bookable with a London Open Gardens Weekend ticket) and activities in the gardens. Access information for each garden can be found on the individual garden pages on the event website londongardenstrust.org.

Please note that entry to some gardens is by ballot or pre-booking only. Ticket holders will need to apply separately at a later date for these gardens to be considered. Some gardens may not be able to open at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.

There will be a free printed guide in the form of an A2 fold out map showing the location of the gardens, collectable at gardens.
