This specialist tour of our gardens at Crathes is designed for the eccentrics among us who delight in growing rare and strange things to make their garden stand out from the crowd.

Join our First Gardener, Iain Govan, as he guides a tour through Crathes, not punctuated by dates or the history of the castle, but by the plants of the Southern Hemisphere. Often quirky, exotic and of course beautiful, this tour aims to inspire people to grow different plants.

Advice will be given on where to buy some of the more unusual plants on the tour and  we may even be able to have some of the plant stock available for purchase on the day.
