Take a step onwards with propagation with Wisley's Propagation Team. Learn how to increase your stock of plants with semi-ripe, hardwood and root cuttings. Discover how to propagate trees and shrubs and find out the best ways to collect propagation materials from your plants. This will include a tour behind the scenes at the Propagation Facility in Wisley Village.

This session will involve practical activities and items to take and grow on at home, so please come prepared with suitable footwear (no open toes), clothing and gardening gloves. Some plant knowledge, or previous attendance on the 'Beginner's Propagation' course is recommended.

Location: Wisley Propagation Facility

Tutor: RHS Propagation Team

Arrival: The meeting point will be in Car Park 4. A map and more detalied arrival instructions will be provided closer to the course. 

Catering: Tea, coffee and a light lunch will be provided 

What to bring:
  • Suitable footwear (no open toes) and clothing
  • Gardening gloves if you have them
  • Your booking reference number 
  • A pen/pencil and notebook for notes
