This January, RHS Garden Harlow Carr invites plant enthusiasts of all levels to embrace the magic of houseplants during the popular Houseplant Week.
Whether you’re just starting out or are already a dedicated plant parent, this event offers a expert talks, practical demonstrations, and great shopping opportunities to help you cultivate a thriving indoor garden. With winter keeping you indoors, now is the perfect time to bring nature inside and learn how to create your own indoor oasis. The Bath House will be open from 9.30am until 4pm each day with advice from RHS staff, with specialist talks taking place on the weekends. Specialist talks: Saturday 17 – John Carr, British Cacti Society 11am – Succulent cultivation 1pm – Propagation of cacti and succulents Sunday 18 – Claire Kelly, RHS Harlow Carr 11am and 1pm – Bulid a terranium workshop Saturday 24 – Clare Preston-Pollitt, RHS Bridgewater 11am – Propagate your plant pets 1pm – Marvellous moth orchids and delightful dendrobiums Sunday 25 – Claire Kelly and Sophia Crawley, RHS Harlow Carr 11am and 1pm – Bulid a terranium workshop
