February Half Term: Great Garden Art Challenge: Make Land Art

---

This February half term, help turn the garden into a work of art.

Our resident land artist will be creating a large-scale artwork using natural materials from the garden, including twigs, leaves and prunings – and you can help. Have a go at adding a shape, making a pattern, weaving, balancing or building with the materials provided. Your creation will become part of the larger artwork, which will develop and change throughout the week.

You don't need to be good at drawing or have any previous art experience. Just come along and see what you can make.

Five gardens, five artists, five artworks

The Great Garden Art Challenge is taking place across all five RHS Gardens. Each garden will have its own land artist, who will create an artwork inspired by the garden and the materials found there. The finished pieces will all be different, but each one will be made with help from visitors throughout half term.

Come along, meet the artist and get involved. Further details to be added soon. Suitable for all ages.
