Join us for an informative seasonal walk in the Hyde Hall estate. Come and take in the wildlife of Hyde Hall’s wider estate with a special focus on native wildflowers. You will visit the quieter and more tranquil areas of the garden. Bring along your binoculars if you have them and don’t forget your camera!

Tutor: RHS Elliot Wagstaff is the estate team leader at Hyde Hall. He will share his passion for the natural world and his in-depth knowledge of Hyde Hall’s wildlife - from birds and insects to plants and trees!

Arrival Information:
  • The meeting point for this session is at front of house, in the Welcome Building. Please arrive in good time to register your arrival.
For this workshop:
  • The workshop is based on a walk-and-talk format; therefore, we advise dressing appropriately for the weather.
  • We encourage bringing a notebook and pen to take notes.
  • You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, or they can be purchased from our on-site catering during normal business hours. A voucher will be available to participants, from the tutor, for use on the day.
  • You are welcome to stay in the gardens afterwards should you wish to stop for lunch and a wander round.
