Learn everything you need to know about growing the perfect borders, from selecting suitable plants to their maintenance and aftercare. Led by a member of RHS Garden Hyde Hall's horticultural team, this guided tour will focus on the magnificent borders, the use of colour throughout the garden, and how to take these ideas home to your own garden!

Arrival Information:
  • The meeting point for this session is at the front of the house, in the Welcome Building. Please arrive in good time to register your arrival.
For this workshop:
  • The workshop is based on a walk-and-talk format; therefore, we advise dressing appropriately for the weather.
  • We encourage bringing a notebook and a pen to take notes.
  • You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, or they can be purchased from our on-site catering during normal business hours. A voucher will be available to participants from the tutor for use on the day.
  • You are welcome to stay in the gardens afterwards, should you wish to stop for lunch and a wander round.
