Harvesting seed from your own plants is a cheap and exciting way to produce plants for your garden. Discover the best techniques and timings for harvesting, when to sow and how treat your seeds to ensure maximum germination rates.

This course includes a presentation, guided walk, a look behind the scenes of the seed department and a chance to take home some RHS Garden Wisley seeds of your own.
 

Tutor: RHS Seed Team

Location: Hilltop Learning Studios 

Catering: Tea and coffee on arrival. You are welcome to bring along a packed lunch or visit one of Wisley’s cafes to purchase food/refreshments.

  • All tools and material will be provided 
  • Suitable clothing and footwear for the weather
