Come along to RHS Garden Harlow Carr's Library, and enjoy two wonderful embroideries of the gardens, created for us by the talented Richmond & Leyburn Creative Stitchers.

The scenes on display feature two different snapshots of our beautiful garden.  Experience the vibrant colours of spring tulips and Muscari  alongside the Friendship Bridge on the Streamside nestled among Meconopsis and candelabra primulas.

To create these stunning embroidered works, two photographs were taken and cut up into 48 squares.  These were then given to each of the embroiderers to interpret in their own individual way.  The finished pieces were then put together like a jigsaw to re-create the two whole pictures in embroidery form.
