Gardens are a great attraction for wildlife and play a big role in helping to tackle biodiversity decline.
During this Landscape Design Workshop led by Tracy Snell, Garden Manager, Woodland & Estate at RHS Garden Bridgewater, you will learn how to design and create an attractive wildlife garden. This workshop is suitable for general gardeners of all abilities.
You’ll look at different garden design techniques you can use to maximise the benefit to wildlife while creating a beautiful garden and versatile outdoor space. You’ll also explore various garden design styles, solutions, specific plants and features that can help attract a wide range of wildlife.
As part of the workshop, you will be guided in drawing and planning a design for your garden space.
Location: The majority of the workshop will take place indoors in the Learning Studios within the Welcome Building however, there will be a walk around the garden for approximately one hour
Ticket: Garden entry, tea & coffee and a light lunch are included in your ticket price
