Come and join us for a drop-in talk in the library at RHS Garden Harlow Carr and discover more about the history of the gardens. Through early photographs and guides, see how the garden was developed as a haven for visitors to use health-giving waters in the 1840s, to a trials garden under the stewardship of the Northern Horticultural Society from the 1940s to the early 2000s and today, as the most northerly of all the RHS Gardens. Please note: Normal garden admission charges will still apply to enter the garden.
The RHS is the UK’s gardening charity, helping people and plants to grow - nurturing a healthier, happier world, one person and one plant at a time.
