Develop your watercolour skills in this RHS Garden Hyde Hall, workshop with local artist Helen Rubinstein. Use watercolour to capture the joy of spring bursting into life. Helen will begin the workshop with a demonstration showing you simple and effective techniques, including wet on wet and wet-on-dry, and painting from the lighter towards the darkest colours. There will be the opportunity to add lots of interest using a fun splattering technique.

This workshop will help you to become more confident with watercolour, allowing you to create your own unique piece of artwork to take home and treasure. Suitable for both beginners and improvers.

Please note: A suggested equipment list will be sent to attendees before the course however Helen will have some equipment to borrow on the day if needed.

Tutor: Helen Rubinstein
