Embark on a journey of health and vitality through the incredible world of herbs. In this workshop at RHS Bridgewater, your tutor, Anastasia Demetriou, will share how herbs (homegrown or foraged) can be harvested and prepared for use in cooking, home remedies and herbal teas.

Anastasia will demonstrate and guide you to create a range of herbal treats for you and your home. This course will leave you feeling confident to use herbs in various ways to enhance your everyday life and make the most of the herbs you cultivate. 

Tutor: Anastasia DemetriouAnastasia is a qualified horticulturist and experienced educator, currently teaching horticulture across a range of programmes, including RHS qualifications. Passionate about the power of plants, she champions sustainable growing and how horticulture benefits human wellbeing, wildlife, and the wider environment.

Location and Arrival Information: This course will be held in the Learning Studios at RHS Bridgewater and include a walk/wheel around the garden to see herbs growing in situ. 

Catering: Tea, coffee, & Water will be provided 

For this workshop, you will need to: Wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions on the day. 

Skill Level: Beginner - I am keen to learn and to develop my experience and confidence

Ticket price includes garden entry and is suitable for adults. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the session.
