Come along and learn with the RHS Garden Bridgewater team and find out all about growing your own fruit and vegetables in this beginner’s workshop. 

During the workshop, you will look at planning what produce can be grown in your space, in autumn and winter. You’ll receive guidance on growing in containers, raised beds, among the borders and preparing a new space.

There will be a chance to look at how to grow edibles sustainably, including no-dig principles, harvesting rainwater and gardening for nature. You will also get the opportunity to sow a variety of seeds to take home with you. 

Tutor: Simone Bratt – RHS Garden Bridgewater Inner Walled Garden Team Leader

Location and Arrival Information: The workshop will take place in the Learning Studios, situated within the Welcome Building

Catering: Tea and coffee will be provided
