Learn how to needle felt everyone’s favourite garden bird, the Robin. In this workshop, working with local fibre artist Sue Lynas, you will create your very own festive Robin complete with glass eyes and wire legs sitting proudly atop a festive pine cone base. This workshop is suitable for both complete beginners and those with some needle felting experience.

Arrival Information: 
  • Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the workshop to allow time to register your arrival and make your way to the classroom. 
  • This workshop will take place in the Clore Learning Centre which is located at the top of the hill, adjacent to the Gardeners Rest Restaurant. 
For this workshop:
  • All materials and tools are supplied.
  • There will be tea/coffee available throughout.
  • You are welcome to stay in the gardens afterwards should you wish to stop for lunch and a wander round.
