In one of Andrew's most popular workshops, this course will cover site and topography, soil, composting, crop rotation, selection and cultivation techniques for a broad range of fruit, vegetables and salads.

We will view both the Teaching Productive garden and the main Productive Kitchen garden, where the produce is used to supply ingredients for the kitchen at the Harrogate Arms. 

There will be contact with compost, so covering of cuts and scratches is advised.
