Workshop
The course will cover how to plan a kitchen garden, including scale drawings, propagation sheets, and selecting vegetable varieties. The course will also be outside, showing how to do primary and secondary cultivation along with no-dig methods. Seed sowing and planting will also be covered, along with how to care for a kitchen garden throughout the year. Fruit will also be covered, looking at different training forms and pruning techniques.
