This uplifting Mindful Art workshop inspired by RHS Garden Bridgewater in Summer,  will foster a connection with nature, using pencil, pen and gouache paints.

We will be inspired by the colours, lines and shapes of plants and the spaces between, through guided warm up exercises and observational drawings. Participants will then create a folded book to celebrate the summer garden. 

Confidence with drawing is not necessary to enjoy the workshop and is open to adults of all abilities. 
 
Tutor: Steffie Elhassan, Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, workshop facilitator and outdoor therapist at Steffie's Arts Space 
Location and Arrival Information: The workshop will take place in the Learning Studios, situated within the Welcome Building. Part of this workshop will take place outdoors, weather permitting, so please bring waterproof and warm clothing 
Catering: Tea and coffee will be provided  
For this workshop you will need: All materials are provided.  
Skill Level: Beginner - I am keen to learn and to develop my experience and confidence
