One carer or companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the garden, with the exception of registered support dogs.

Open every day except Christmas Day.

Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm

Last entry one hour before closing

The Glasshouse at Wisley: 10am - 5.15pm (last entry 15 minutes before closing).

Garden Library: 11am - 4pm.

Oak processionary moth
Oak processionary moth has been found at our garden. The nests have been professionally removed and all areas of the garden are open to the public.

Smoking policy
For the health and welfare of visitors we operate a no-smoking policy in some parts of the garden. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in or near:
• Dining or food outlets
• Eating areas or terraces
• Picnic areas
• Covered spaces or buildings
• The children’s play area

This may extend to other areas in periods of very dry weather.

Dogs in the garden
Only guide and registered support dogs are allowed on site.

Garden toys
We are sorry but garden toys, such as scooters and balls, are not permitted in the garden. Thank you for helping us to protect the plants.
