About the garden
Owned by
Pascal Fontanille
Surrounding a former stronghold of the Marshall of Sancerre, which became a country seat during the reign of Louis XIV, this romantic park, crossed by a pretty river, contains a collection of remarkable trees, a 300-year-old-pathway, topiary walk, hornbeam maze, kitchen garden and orchard. The park is maintained organically and has been listed as 'Jardin remarquable' since 2013.
