About the garden
Surrounding a former stronghold of the Marshall of Sancerre, which has transformed into a country estate during the reign of Louis XIV, this romantic park, crossed by a river, features a collection of remarkable trees, a 300-year-old-pathway, a topiary walk, a hornbeam maze, a kitchen garden and an orchard. The park has been maintained organically and is listed as Jardin Remarquable since 2013.
