Not sure what tasks to tackle in your garden at home this season? Our Late Spring Workshop, in our popular ‘A Year in Your Garden Series’, is aimed at new gardeners and those wishing to increase knowledge in helping stay on top of seasonal gardening jobs – or those wishing to join for fresh inspiration! Learn techniques, tips, tricks and advice from our RHS Hyde Hall Garden Team. This session will include a number of practical demonstrations within different parts of the garden.

Topics covered in this May workshop will cover lifting and dividing herbaceous perennials, demonstrating the Chelsea Chop to control flowering and plant size. Plus, information and discussion on weed control and managing soil health. Learn how to make the most of your garden and encourage beautiful blooms throughout the Late Spring months.

This is an outdoor demonstration and walking workshop – please come dressed appropriately for the weather, with suitable footwear and clothing for the outdoors.

Tutor: Sarah Wilson-Frost
