Discover and understand the therapeutic benefits and applications of essential oils with Clinical Aromatherapist Tanya Moulding at RHS Garden Hyde Hall. Learn how they can be used to support health and beauty and ease everyday common ailments.

Explore and sample a variety of essential oils, plant oils and other botanical ingredients; compare and contrast the plant material and the essential oil.

Discuss different application methods and understand how to blend essential oils safely and confidently for specific conditions. Create three bespoke products to take home with you.
