During the current weather warning for extreme heat, RHS Garden Hyde Hall will remain open to visitors. Catering outlets are open but serving cold food only. At present we still intend to go ahead with Thursday’s late-night opening and BBQ. We’re taking steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit and ask all guests to take extra care in the hot weather.

Explore RHS Garden Hyde Hall as we welcome visitors for a special Walkies at Hyde Hall evening with your four-legged friend. The garden is open between 5.30pm and 8pm so that you and your canine companion can enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas of the garden packed with horticultural delights.

Please note the following for Walkies at Hyde Hall evenings:​
  • Tickets must be booked in advance of visits (normal membership allowance)
  • Two dogs permitted per person
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (leads must not be extended)
  • Please keep to the hard paths only
  • Visitors must pick up after their dogs and place in bins provided
  • For health and hygiene reasons, the Global Growth Vegetable Garden will be closed
  • Dogs must be supervised at all times and remain under control
  • Anyone not abiding by the rules may be asked to leave the garden
