Discover the sustainable craft of rag rugging with author and expert Elspeth Jackson from Ragged Life, as you fashion delightful festive Christmas decorations such as a wreath, mini-wreath tree ornaments, or a 3D table-top Christmas tree. Learn the intricacies of both the traditional shaggy style of rag rugging and the artful use of a two-string loom. Choose your preferred project from the three options available and let your creativity flourish under Elspeth's seasoned guidance.

During this introductory class, you'll discover how to select and prepare materials for rag rugging, effortlessly break them into strips, and design stunning seasonal projects, among other valuable skills. Gain the confidence to embark on rag rug projects at home and leave with a beautiful handmade creation.

Tutor: Elspeth Jackson founded Ragged Life in 2014 after noticing more and more people wanted to try the craft of rag rugging. Having been learning the craft since she was a child, Elspeth is the perfect tutor to guide you on the start of you rag rugging journey!
