Inspired by the beautiful, traditional craft of calligraphy, these decorations add a personal touch to any tree.

Whether or not you’re a beginner or an expert, this course is festive fun for everyone. You will have the chance to practice your calligraphy technique throughout the session, culminating in making your own unique decorations – perfect to keep for yourself or as a gift to others!

All materials are included.

Tutor: Helen Wallace, owner of Wallace Lettering.

Arrival Information:

• Please arrive 15 mins before the workshop starts to allow time to register and make your way to the classroom.
• This workshop will take place in the Clore Learning Centre, which is located at the top of the hill, adjacent to the Gardeners Rest Restaurant. A mobility vehicle is available to transport participants to the top of the hill if needed.

For this workshop:

• There will be tea/coffee available throughout. Additionally, all taps in the learning centre provide drinking water, so we suggest using a reusable water bottle throughout the day.
• All materials and tools are supplied. You can take your work and equipment home afterwards, so a small bag is recommended.
• You are welcome to stay in the gardens afterwards should you wish to have a wander round.
