Join the giant egg hunt this Easter at RHS Garden Hyde Hall to win a chocolate prize and discover the garden in all its spring glory.

Garden admission applies; free to RHS members and children under 5. Activities are included with garden admission (unless marked *).

The giant Easter egg hunt

Friday 29 March – Sunday 14 April
10am–5pm, daily, in the garden


Explore the garden searching for the giant Easter eggs. Once you’ve found all the eggs, you’ll be rewarded with a free chocolatey treat from NOMO - The UK’s No. 1 Vegan & ‘Free From’ Chocolate Brand.

Suitable for all.

Easter storytelling

Tuesday 2 and Tuesday 9 April
10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm, meet at the Welcome Building

Enjoy an interactive storytelling walk around the garden with Mike Dodsworth – perfect for little explorers.

Suitable for ages 3+ (must be accompanied by an adult)

Easter craft workshops

Thursday 4, Friday 5 and Monday 8 April
45-minute sessions at 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.45pm and 1.30pm, Hilltop Lodge

Head to the Hilltop Lodge and get stuck in with some cracking Easter craft activities.

Suitable for ages 3+ (must be accompanied by an adult)

Choose from a range of designs and transform your face into a character or design to brighten up any occasion.

*£5 per face paint – pay on the day

Outdoor Bubble Show

Wednesday 10 April
10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm, in the Garden

Take part in The Giant Bubble Show with Paris Bubbles; an interactive display of giant bubbles for children to chase and pop.
 
Suitable for ages 3+ (must be accompanied by an adult)
