RHS Partner Gardens logo terms and conditions of use

Information on the terms, licence and rules for using the RHS Partner Gardens logos, outlining the responsibilities of participating gardens

1. Licence
The RHS owns all right, title and interest in and to, and hereby grants to those RHS Partner Gardens who duly apply, a non-exclusive royalty-free licence (without the right to sub-license) to use the RHS Partner Gardens logo in connection with the activities of the RHS Partner Garden in the United Kingdom for so long as the RHS Partner Garden is a Member of the RHS Partner Gardens Scheme.
2. Intellectual property
RHS Partner Gardens using the logo do not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the logo or any other intellectual property of the RHS as a result of its use.
3. Compliance
The RHS Partner Garden shall ensure that any activities in connection with which the logo is used comply with all applicable laws, applicable codes of practice and generally accepted industry standards and practices in any country where the logo is used.
4. Review
The RHS or any authorised agent or representative of the RHS may review the activities of the RHS Partner Garden and the use of the logo on any materials. If, in the reasonable opinion of the RHS, any use of the logo or any activities carried out by the RHS Partner Garden do not comply with the terms of this licence, the RHS shall be entitled to require that the RHS Partner Garden immediately cease use of the logo.
