An opportunity to spend an afternoon with Neil Lucas as he delves into the amazing world of grasses. The afternoon will begin with an illustrated talk followed by tea and cake and a tour of RHS Garden Rosemoor to enjoy the grasses being used in a garden setting.

You will learn about different grass species and their features; how to choose which grasses are best for different positions, conditions and situations; and how to maintain your grasses so that they look good all year round and year after year.

As one of Britain’s leading plantsmen, Neil Lucas is a recognised authority on ornamental grasses, owner of Dorset-based Knoll Gardens, author, and holder of ten consecutive RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold medals.
Neil’s knowledge, enthusiasm and natural charisma when talking about his specialist subject promise to make this an afternoon of both enjoyment and learning.

Tea/coffee and cake included.

Tutor: Neil Lucas
