Be part of our afternoon with Amanda Owen at RHS Garden Rosemoor. She is a shepherdess, mother to nine children, a passionate photographer and Sunday Times bestselling author. Amanda and her husband Clive live a life that has almost gone in today’s modern world, one ruled by the seasons and their animals.

Home is Ravenseat, a 2,000-acre hill farm at the head of Swaledale, North Yorkshire, one of the highest and most remote places in England. Amanda’s top 10 bestselling books, including The Yorkshire Shepherdess and Tales From The Farm, offer a funny, heart-warming and inspiring account of her transformation from Huddersfield townie to a rural sheep farmer.

During the afternoon, hear Amanda speak about her passion for the great outdoors, as well as her insightful opinions and good humour that have made her a popular public speaker.
Amanda's talk will be followed by the opertunity to ask her questions about her life as Britian's best known sheperdhess, and after a short break she will also be on hand to sign copies of her books.
