Plant now for winter and spring! Bulbs are a wonderful way to add some colour and scent to your home and garden at a quieter time of year.

Bulbs are a wonderful way to add some colour and scent to your home and garden at a bleak time of year.  In this workshop we will look at the range of bulbs available for winter and spring colour including some of the more unusual choices, where to plant them and how to maintain them.  It will include tips on how to naturalise them in the garden and how to grow forced bulbs for a Christmas display.

As part of the workshop, you will be able to plant a selection of bulbs to take home in the form of a a bright and colourful bulb lasagne!

Please bring with you:
  • Your booking reference number
  • A notebook and pencil to make notes
  • Camera or mobile phone for photos if you wish
Please wear clothes and footwear suitable for the weather on the day. Parts of this workshop will be taking place both indoors and outside so please be prepared for cold and/or wet weather.
