Enjoy a day of watercolour painting, focussing on seasonal flowers, foliage and berries, to create your own Christmas cards.

With step-by-step tuition from local tutor John Piper, you will start with a group painting to learn watercolour skills and techniques. Then, following a short walk in the garden for inspiration, you will begin work on your own blank canvas (watercolour card blank) upon which to produce your own seasonal design.

During the course of the day, you will receive 1-1 support as you produce at least two seasonal cards, depending on how fast you work and the level of detail you are aiming for.

Nothing really beats a hand-made card to send seasonal greetings during the festive season. This is a great workshop to get you started with hand-painted cards while developing your watercolour skills.
