RHS Gardens have a calendar of special events, self-guided visits, private guided tours and catering options exclusively for groups

Our RHS Gardens are evolving continually to keep pace with and push the boundaries of modern gardening practice, building on more than 200 years of accumulated knowledge. Each garden has its own distinctive personality, reflecting the unique character of its location within the surrounding landscape. On a visit to our RHS Gardens, you’ll find inspiration at any time of year with something different to see and experience with every group and coach visit.

Visiting with your group

With five world-class gardens in all corners of the country RHS Gardens – Bridgewater, Greater Manchester, Harlow Carr, North Yorkshire, Hyde Hall, Essex, Rosemoor, North Devon and Wisley, Surrey, you can expect your group to be wowed on any visit to the RHS.

Group benefits

  • Discounted rates for groups of 15+ paying visitors (excludes any coach driver, any Member(s) of the RHS and RHS Member guest) on garden entrance and guidebooks
  • Enhance your visit with a private tour of the garden led by one of our volunteer guides

  • £5 RHS Garden Centres voucher for each group visitor (minimum spend £25)
  • Group catering packages to treat your taste buds to delicious seasonal produce
  • Free refreshment voucher for the coach driver

  • Free coach parking and drop off 113m from the main Welcome Building
  • Access to mobility aids to assist your group around our gardens (refundable deposit required)
  • Two carer places free of charge for those accompanying visitors whose disability necessitates their support
  • RHS members in-group receive free entrance to the garden and can bring one guest free of charge
  • RHS Affiliated Societies receive one free visit as a group per year to one RHS Gardens for up to a maximum of 55 visitors (exclusions apply during some special events)

Booking your group visit

To make a group booking for a minimum of 15 or more people, or to book one of our VIP group visits, select the RHS Garden you would like to visit below. Group bookings must be booked in advance of your visit and we highly recommend that bookings are made no less than 8 to 12 weeks prior visit, especially during March to October to avoid disappointment. See the terms and conditions for group visits to RHS Gardens.
