- The content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content
- You will post only content that is relevant and is not libellous or defamatory, inaccurate or misleading, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content or mislead recipients as to the source of the material
- You are solely responsible for your content and we recommend that you keep a back-up copy of it at all times.
By submitting content to RHS for inclusion on the Website, You grant RHS a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting via RHS platforms and our other services, including new services that we may provide in the future
- Any content you upload shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- We might also use the content for other purposes not subject to known legal restrictions, such as training machine learning models and scientific research
- We reserve the right to block or remove your content for any reason, including as is in our opinion appropriate or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
If You delete content, the RHS will use reasonable efforts to remove it from our platforms, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the content may not be made unavailable immediately, it may as a technical and administrative matter take some time or not be possible to achieve this.
