Upright, dense evergreen shrub with bronze new leaves turning to glossy, softly toothed, blue-green as they mature. Small white flowers appear in spring, this variety is male so does not produce berries but is a good pollinator. 'Heckenpracht' can be translated as 'pretty hedge' in German
