An evergreen shrub, up to 2m in height, with peachy-pink flowers in early summer and then sporadically in autumn. The stamens have an evolving colouration, changing from pink to white, with rich golden anthers at their tips and great for pollinators. Broad new leaves emerge in a silvery flourish with a pink flush before maturing to olive green, borne on a rounded bushy branching frame

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in moist but well-drained, neutral to acid soil in full sun; established plants are drought resistant. In colder areas grow under glass in peat-free, loam-based compost in full light with good ventilation. Pot on or top dress in early spring
