A dessert apple producing heavy crops of small to medium-sized fruits with a yellow base colour covered with a deep red-purple flush; a light-coloured waxy bloom develops as the fruits ripen. The flesh is cream-coloured, fine-grained with a sweet flavour and low acidity. Fruits are resistant to bruising and will store for two to three months
