'Dutch Sky' is a free-flowering deciduous climber, up to 2.5m high, with green leaves, and flowers, up to 10cm across, which are white with a pale blue flush, margins and tips, and a shiny blue-purple midstripe on the back of the sepals, in late summer and early autumn

How to Grow

Cultivation

Plant in a moisture-retentive, well-drained soil, with the crown 5-8cm deep to encourage new shoots to grow from below ground level; keep the base of the plant and the roots cool and shaded by other plants or a layer of pebbles or flat stones; see clematis cultivation for more advice
