Notes | Online only nursery. Small independent nursery wanting to make a difference to the way we grow. Delivery is by courier at a flat rate (see website). Local free delivery. Propagation to order, depending on the plant and if bio-secure material available (contact nursery for details). Bio-secure nursery with all propagation done on site. Peat-free throughout the whole process from propagation to sale (Dalefoot Compost). No chemicals used throughout the nursery or plant production. No single use plastics used throughout the process, finished plants come in bio-degradable coir pots that are to be planted straight into the ground. Water is all rainwater harvested on site. No heating, electricity etc on site...the only help we get is from the sun. |
