A compact deciduous shrub to 1m high, with broadly oval, serrated green leaves. Dome-shaped clusters of flowers, with lightly feathered edges to the petals, are produced from early to late summer. Flower colours are deeper at the edges of the petals, and vary depending on the pH of the soil, from deep pink to purple and blue

Cultivation
