A low-growing, spreading, clump-forming rhizomatous perennial to around 20cm high, with basal rosettes of lobed and toothed green leaves. Semi-double rose pink flowers are held on short stems above the foliage from April to June. Best in full sun

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in a sunny area with some shade from strong afternoon sunshine. Avoid areas that are waterlogged over winter. Divide every three years or so to maintain vigour. See geum cultivation for further advice
